They have a great combination of office organization and also a tremendous amount of actual field experience within the ownership group. They also have a number of experienced and skilled project managers and we work well with all of them. We have never had a bad experience bonding any of those jobs and they have always remained focused on providing a quality product.
On the commercial side we have worked with them on The Dunes at Maui Lani Clubhouse, the 105 Market Street building, and the Islander renovation. The Islander was a 15 million dollar project and it went very smoothly. It is hard to imagine a bond request from 3D Builders that wc would not approve.
